@yassie_j There are also browsers like Nyxt, who does currently use backend engines that don't exist for much nicer reasons... but implementing a new engine from scratch with limited capacities would be feasible.Particularly if, like myself, one isn't particularly fond of arbitrary code execution on one's machines.

@lispi314 @yassie_j speaking of new engines, particularly interested where the Serenity/Ladybug web engine goes, last I checked on it they could load a fair few of the more common websites in it with pretty good accuracy, and that was months ago, I can only assume it improved since then

@yassie_j @Arcana It has a thing in it that lets you pay a crypto token to a website or youtube channel based on how often you visit it as a patronage method, it is completely non obligatory to use, I use brave and it's never shoved it in my face.
