       One of the least favorite parts of my job is discerning whether the person bringing in a narc prescription is a patient or a drug addict. It usually involves a lot of questioning and legwork including reaching out to MDs that might be in on the scam. I sometimes second guess myself though and wonder "what if i'm wrong and something happens to a legitimate patient who couldn't get his meds?"I went to this career to help people, not be a skeptical police detective.anyways, gripe over, carry on

       @watch4thedrop The dilemma of ER nurses & Docs everywhere. Is it really back pain?  A horrific migraine?  It’s hard to judge & it’s easy to be jaded with all the drug seekers out there.
