       @mttaggart ya it works on infosec.town but it looks like it works for some Mastodon instances and failing on others. Generally if it fails, it is due to an Error 503 Remote certificate can't be validated error.

       @Sempf Of course not. I don't think anyone, even they, are saying so.Personally, I think this is a great way for them to avoid antitrust issues in the EU and elsewhere, and at no additional cost, perhaps add some userbase from folks who find enough accounts there that they want to see more.And then, y'know, they drop the ads in.
