       If you live in BC, there are lots of flu and COVID and RSV cases. Maybe rethink those gatherings. I got RSV last winter and was sick for three months and I hardly left the house. Flu and RSV can live on surfaces as well as being airborne. It's also a myth that isolation is bad for your immune system. That's an old wives' tale and is being pushed so that businesses can stay afloat. Respiratory viruses *can* scar your lungs, especially repeated infections.
