       Okay, i think I figured my current brain-fog brain capacity ratios out.Without meds I have ~50% brain capacity, which renders me basically useless.With meds I have somewhere between ~70%-90%, BUT the duration I can focus is still ~50%, meaning i can work for around ~4-5h before turning into a slice of toast.Before all of this I could work my ~8h workday and were basically done.So my real brain capacity dictates my max work time it seems.#covid #LongCovid #brainfog

       Back when it really slowly got better and with ~20% brain capacity and without/before meds I got ~2 to 2 1/2h workable brain time our of me.My real brain capacity and the workable time I get with meds seems to scale pretty well together.#LongCovid #covid #brainfog
