Zetas make me feel like there actually are two distinct approaches to general para rights, employed by pro cs and anti cs. The anti c model of activism is more accepting of the concepts of para unity, because if your main goal is freedom of fantasy, there's a space in it for everyone. But if you're preoccupied with having some sex acts legalized, you're more inclined to see sadists or biastos as a threat. These people straight up can't conceptualize that zoo activism can mean more than making sex with animals legal. And by the way, Jamal, the main Newgon admin, also tried to "cancel" me for being an open zoosadist. I used to think there was a more distinct pro c group that was still pro general para acceptance, but a lot of these people are turning to xenosatanist/hypoharmful now, so I no longer trust them to be anti abuse and I have to discount them.Most likely, the main para activism and the main fight for para acceptance will always be anti contact.

@FesterNFang I'm one of the enemies of "sunset para"/"pro recovery" folks too. Yet I believe it's possible to remake a slightly older model of anti c activism on a wider scale.

@comrade_lecter It's the same in MAP spaces as well. In my experience, Anti-Cs are generally pretty chill towards all kinds of orientations (unless they are the self-hating kind who project their self-hatred unto others, I guess). On the other hand, Pro-Cs often tend to be extremely mean and stigmatizing against sadists, nepiophiles or anyone with an attraction where it is especially obvious that no consent can be given.

@comrade_lecter this is a really important point honestly that we have seen over the years. We aren’t even that personally anti c with zoo but we generally disagree with and dislike most pro c/zeta zoos because of this reason. Your para shouldn’t be *only* focused around sex legalization if you want true liberation and unity. They are too caught up on high horse morality.

@comrade_lecter I agree that this distinction exists, but I don't think it aligns perfectly with the anti-c/pro-c spectrum. There are definitely pro-cs out there who still see the importance of activism not targeted at legalization.That being said, we should absolutely be accepting of all paras, including (and even especially) the ones for whom there is absolutely no moral way to act on their attractions.

@freecss absolutely, there are individual pro cs who are interested in something else and who I can collaborate with. I'm just disappointed, seeing what I regarded as a new pro c *group* rapidly descend into xenosatanism and "nonharmful rape" ideas.

@freecss I remember, just a few months ago, I told a pro c friend of mine that I think we're having a new pro c wave that's replacing Newgon, and that it's a good thing. Seems like this isn't happening, though.

@Meiwaku_Mailing_Girl xenosatanism is an attempt at a political movement that blames all sexual trauma on sex negativity in the society and believes nonconsensual sex acts are not inherently bad. Hypoharmful is a term for someone who is not against transharmful transition. As in, those who identify as rapists or nazis without corresponding behavior/ideological views actually acting as such.

@comrade_lecter @Meiwaku_Mailing_Girl I have no doubt that some people are using hypoharmful as ways to opportunistically or covertly cause harm, but I thought it was made and intended as a term for those to specifically non-harmfully transition to their transharmful identities. Here are some paraphrased quotes from a non-harmful hypoharmful acquaintance of mine: Considers self transitioned to villain by singing villain songs and identifying with fictional villains and things like that.

@comrade_lecter I feel like a scraggler that's not fully with any particular group. But I am mostly preoccupied with paraphilia acceptance and awareness, unity, and inclusion. I want to approach issues in ways that reduce harm and misunderstandings. I am also just here to seek community with fellow paraphiles.
