       @RollTide Who says old dogs can't learn new tricks.Back when i was a young engineer, there were these job descriptions that were oddly specific.I soon learned that they were for people with H1-B visa. And since it is supposed to be for special skills, not cheap labor, they will write the job posting to specifically match everything in the candidate's resume. So he looks special. But in reality, he is nothing special.And these race grifters do the same with academic position.
