@Whiskerkenbrook That seems like a good approach. There's always the problem that its users will see the version of Mastodon that its authors want them to, and maybe that content isn't what I'd steer people toward. But *assuming* they're featuring good content from across the fediverse and not just hyping one particular instance or set of people (ahem "official” Mastodon app), it could be interesting!

@Whiskerkenbrook My understanding was that was all implemented in that specific client, and the authors do the curation from their end. If I read that right, perhaps that's a feature someone could implement in the server, maybe next to the “trending now” features.
