       Everything is energy. Vibrations at different rates won't combine. Hence, matter is simply energy vibrating at rates that allow other material things to interact with it. This is the simplified version of what they are talking about in the video. The other major topic is that of perception. They bring this up when talking about language and the (seemingly) human need to name things. Names as they are used today, are actually a lower level way to know some(thing/one). The concept / idea / emotion of some(thing/one) is the higher way. Names limit; concepts expand. Names are exact; as in the name of something in common language, will nearly always bring up that thing the name represents. Concepts are not limited in this way. Understanding a concept can allow, even written word, to be understood beyond the representative / literal meaning of what is read. Take "sunrise" as an example. It has a literal meaning, but to many, there is a conceptual meaning as well. Conceptually, it can be everything from a "fresh start", "new day", or "the end of darkness". These all come from the single name "sunrise". Minds open when they start to think in concepts rather than names.
