Thought I'd share something I stumbled across a while ago. The host shows you how to cook historically accurate food.Neat info if you write Historical Fiction or Fantasy and want to know what your character's food tastes like. Also, fun fact, between the video on 19th century doughnuts and memories of watching her make them as a kid, I'm fairly certain that I was able to recreate my late grandma's doughnut recipe. 🙂https://www.youtube.com/@TastingHistory

I did hear about this channel, though I wasn;t able to watch the episodes. On another note, I did watch Binging with Babish, where the chef makes food from movies, tv, etc, but also improves on the recipes themselves. Since I like to include various foods that my characters eat within the stories, it could be interesting if the chef decides to recreate the recipes from my stories if they're made into shows, video games, or animation.

I’ve seen some of Babish’s videos. Good stuff. 🙂
