       @lamp maybe some of the fake high-end cards that are GT710 / GT210 chips?The number of pins would allow for that, but it would require like a jumper onboard and violates HDMI spec...

       @kkarhan i can't find any info on this so it's probably a made-up lie and this thing is really just instant e-waste made to scam people looking to connect hdmi to vga and find this at the top of the results and don't read the description. 4145 sold... but seller pays return shipping 🤔 most people won't bother returning it for a few dollars back
