       TIL That ghee (clarified butter for puzzled folk) doesn't melt in the microwave. Surprised. Adding a knob of ordinary butter got it going.

       @vik is that because the ghee is so pure there are no (or not enough) water molecules for the microwaves to excite? Very interesting...
