       Transportation as a service.When self-driving cars become commonplace they won't be like what we drive now. Vehicles will look like minivans without the style, interiors will be plastic, rubber and stainless steel for easy cleanup by robotic car washers.        @ReadyKilowatt Won't happen. Even right now average car is 12yrs old and this typical age is constantly on the rise.Human driven cars won't get off roads in significant numbers. Our streets and roads are set for humans in other forms -pedestrians, cyclists, motorbikes,...They aren't going anywhere.Self driving cars are not capable dealing with these, one of those seemingly easy problems hardest to solve. Before this impossible transition another option will win-human transport self flying drones

       @ReadyKilowatt Self driving human transport drones will require way simpler systems as there will be no human operated equivalents in that space. NASA already has fully functional and deployable software to control all of them at low altitudes w/o a glitch in a billion. Tested and re-tested. Tech for actual vehicles is almost ready, we'll see some soon, I'd bet full active system live and well by 2030, maybe with few users but growing like wildfire.

       @ReadyKilowatt I've personally replaced hundreds of these seat, it has always been a bad idea to have the fabric seats, every one of them has been puked on
