Ple-ease? :marseybegging: And to give them justice — look, Fediverse software does it too, it caches all the users I (or other users on my instance were that the case) have interacted with. Considering the federated nature of the network it does not mean that it's the one centralized database :marseyglowaward: However, as there are no other Bluesky instances at the moment, it means exactly that — that is the problem, not measuring the user count this way. But yeah, it's rather dumb to use this one as a promotional material :marseyfacepalm:
