       @EU_Commission "In addition, where they bought the multimodal journey under one transport contract, they will be entitled to assistance by the carrier"Unfortunately there's no serious push from the European commission or any international regulatory body to force providers to sell more trips (specifically train & bus) as "one transport contract". So the situation for many travelers will stay the same**not taking the last train, going for very large transfer times, opting for car/plane etc.

       @EU_Commission Will sharing data in a unified and open format become mandatory in any way? My local bus provider only offers its own search, which cannot find routes with stopovers, and they even ignore requests to make the location of the bus stops publicly available. Their service is hardly usable for first-timers, but they are the only player on the market, so they can afford that.

       @EU_Commission What a beautiful #train station. I've never been to #Porto, but I would love to go there.Only few years back I travelled from #Berlin to #Lisbon in train.So why not go there again, and then take the train to Porto?Because, unfortunately, the convenient #nightTrain from #Irún to #Lisboa has been shut down.Travelling through #Europe by train becomes harder, esp. to #Spain and #Portugal.#EUPassengerRights are fine, but useless without trains.#WagonLit #sleepingCar
