@lasto_ They cannot "no long take DMCA takedown requests, that's illegal. A DMCA is a legal request for copyright removal. I suggest hire a lawyer. You can sue the website for refusing to take down copyrighted material.

@lasto_ That or sent the request again, it is not impossible something went wrong or your request somehow got misplaced, and make sure to add in if they ignore this request they could be sued legally for failing to fulfil a DMCA request.
