       If you plug your phone in to a "free" USB charger at a conference or even an airport, keep in mind the charging cables are data cables as well.It's trivial to hide a Raspberry or smaller devices in these bricks.Best case scenario: You're giving an unknown device read access to your personal data carrier device.Worst case: You run Android and external installs are possible.

       @tot3mcarv3r most people use what they get with the device and don't want to carry around extra wires. I use cheap cables that can only do power. Thick rubber cables.Still carry my own plug.
