       Just following orders. Move out of liberal states. They want you dead or incarcerated, and they love victims who beg for moar govt. intervention and expulsion of civil liberties. I will say this though, if the gestapo cops keep arresting good guys, it ain't gonna end well per histories lessons. Eventually that catches up with them.        @KillerMule Could be just an administrative arrest OR he followed the other alive intruders outside of the house and into the street to shoot another. I see the one was found in the house, but once the threat is removed from the house (running away) it becomes a different legal story.

       @Droopinheimer Yeah I get it, he may have dropped some in their back or something. But he didn't home invade their house, they invaded his home and threatened his family, so too bad, right? Retaliation is also a real thing LEO's don't usually talk about. It's a mess to be sure, but they way I see it, the law and society is pretty much breaking down beyond repair here (by design), so does it really exist, or just for some? I know you're not taking sides, just seems really rotten, right.

       @KillerMule yeah noy picking sides at all.  I just read all I can on home defense, personal defense and how little nuances matter, even though they protect the criminal not the law abiding citizen.  Yes it sucks balls!! If I admit I have taken some "classes" in some self defense arts I could be held to a higher standard.

       @Droopinheimer Oh man, yeah no kidding on that higher standard as well. I just don't know where this all ends. I don't want to see all out bloodshed, and the crime has to stop. People need to unite and fight back for the common good to reign, not to allow these tyrant's tactics to continue. Its scary to think how many homicides happened in NY and for how long before they finally decided to vote for that kind of change. Freaking mind blowing what people will accept.
