@dushman @40 @nishi If only FreeBSD had it's media creation ports down, last time I tried it was buggy/crashes often. Nothing compares to a air-gapped LTS Linux system with realtime kernel for that application. Although I'm ready to branch out into livestreaming on peertube, but I may use an iPhone to do thing in cohoots with a Linux PC.

@dushman @40 @nishi What I want to figure out is, the iphone on a stand records me live to peertube + the stream is getting the icecast feed from Mixxx on the Linux PC, this will be a challenge.Essentially I want to start livestreaming me mixxxing to get me more comfortable to eventually someday do a live performance (which I'm terrified of).

@dushman @40 @nishi FreeBSD has the ports I use but they are buggy, Mixxx wouldn't even load on the release before the prior. It sucks, but I'm more into this realm so I need muh Linux, but, I live in my Pinephone (converted it into a micro-laptop) which runs PostmarketOS which is Alpine busybox/Linux.
