@CSB antibiotics are over prescribed and not used properly- leading to resistant bacteria. There’s definitely a need for better antibiotics.

@CSB custom to what - the bacteria? I’ve been in the biotech business for over 20 years , and “custom” is always right around the corner. There are some incredible gene therapies- but for a simple bacterial infection- nothing beats antibiotics

@DavidB @CSB FDA is evaluating a CRISPR product to cure sickle cell , hopefully it works. Considering the technology is relatively new - would be interesting As far as AI - that can’t be the magic bullet for everything. A company would to develop its own LLM to train to be confident in results
