Hmm.. it's on Amazon with a female lead which makes me instantly skeptical that they can make it a good show that isn't super woke and ruined like most of their other shows where they put females in the leads.

@Dan_Ramos If it was a third person PoV game I would disagree as I often choose a female character in those games for obvious reasons. Given it is a first person game, I tend to agree.

@Meachamus_Prime That's not really where I'm coming from. I'm addressing how Amazon tends to do a really shitty job of writing good female-centric stories and characters. Most of their ideas of what a female-lead story involves them being unheroic and unlikeable all while beating the audience over the head about how great and admired they are. They insist on it instead of letting you like them because they ARE great and admirable. That's the Amazon (also DIsney and other "woke") way.

@weareallgonnadie Considering the people they have listed working on this project, this comes as absolutely no surprise (same producers as the Amazon versions of that shitty Lord of the Rings shit-show and the equally corrupted, boring and terrible Amazon version of The Wheel of Time).
