       @taco remember: the public lawyers have already washed their hands of this kind of legal bullshit.  Scott Moe has hired private sector lawyers to fill the gap  because the public ones won't touch it.  The bigger question is which law firm wants to get their hands caught when the cookie jar slams shut on them.
