May I point out that the problem is not Trump, the problem is the United States of America.Happens it's Trump, but it could have been any other nutter, if the system is vulnerable then it _will_ be corrupted.The problem is the system.#politics

@peterrelph2 It's so absurd when people act like Trump just happened in a vacuum and as though stopping him will stop the tide of fascism, like he created it from whole cloth and directs it himself.Trump is the culmination of decades of compromises that have shifted the political needle of this country further and further to the right. He's simply the latest figurehead propped up to shout out loud all of the things that have been going on quietly for years and years. He won't be the last.

@jargoggles @peterrelph2 From a different angle, the US became a corporatocracy a long time ago. He also represents a revolt against the system and the warmongering establishment. He did not start any new wars and attempted to pull out of NATO and other globalist institutions. The neocons did what they could to remove and prevent him from returning. I do not support him, but I believe it important to understand other dynamics at play.
