       Note that Blinken's remarks to the Israeli war cabinet, leaked to the press, was one of many leaks from the war cabinet in recent weeks.Netanyahu plans to pass a law making it an offense to leak from war cabinet meetings, complete with polygraph tests to check which of his war cabinet members  are lying.
