       So, how do remote follows actually work? I came across a piece of art in a place where I normally find art, saw the source page was a mastodon URL, and tried to follow them from here.Now, there are some users (they look more like meta-users, I think) from that server visible from a search here, but no amount of effort will allow me to remote-follow this particular user.@mastodon.art user in this particular case; there seem to be many users there, that can't be found from here...

       @Kaavik_B Individuals can block an entire server, even if their instance's admin has not.
