Wonder if anyone is working on adding #ActivityPub support for #GNOME?Haven't looked at the code in #GnomeOnlineAccounts in ages but it shouldn't be terribly hard to a new provider, and then adding support in #Nautilus, #Photos, and maybe a #GnomeShell extension or it's own app.Would be pretty neat... guess I'll do some search-fu to see if anyone has started working on this.#Fediverse

@pony @lkundrak Of the top of my head for instance, I was thinking of cases where you have a photo (either in Nautilus or Photo) where you could select it and have the app upload it to your Mastodon account (probably would need some type of ui for text & alt text info).

@brian @lkundrak well, there is no activitypub involved in that actually, the specification has a "client to server" ideas but nobody has seriously implemented them, it's just a proprietary (but copied by at least pleroma and maybe others) Mastodon client API
