       I'm trying hard to think about where and when in my education it was intimated that market solutions were "good."I can't pinpoint a specific lesson or chapter, or even a speech from a teacher. It's just...in the air here, suffusing every discourse that doesn't question it. That truly is the Invisible Hand, the one that subtly hides the idea that there are alternatives to the reality you know.
