@8petros to be a smart ass once more,we should be carefull what we put in the compost, its the grow medium for the futurebetter we eat them and store the pollutants like quicksilver, pfas and so on in our bodies, we bury them with us on a designated spot with markings showing the ingredients,i see no other way to get them out of circulation)

Just an example.Within rites of passage, when you shed what is uninvited in the next stage, you (IMO) should not throw it into void. It is energetically and psychologically improper. Instead, you are asking the world to accept it, and convert it into the nutrients for those who may benefit of them.Thus, while you take, asking the world for support in your further journey, you also give to the world. In both cases you show trust, that the world will provide what is needed and you help keep balance.In a broader sense, you then recognise that whatever you consider toxic and unwanted now, happened for a reason and may not be intinsically bad - it is just something that is hampering your advance right now.As I write it, I cannot but see the relevance of this symbolics to the Palestinian-Israeli knot, which I consider inresolvable but by magic. :-(
