       @lydiaconwell The creator of the format pronounces it like that. But if you get this incensed about the correct pronounciation of gif, I’d like to introduce you to my friend JWT, aka Jot.

       @lydiaconwell It means JSON Web Token. You may know it from standards like OpenID Connect or OAuth 2.0. The latter’s responsible for allowing you to “Log in with your Google account” to unrelated websites.

       @josemanuel I see. JWT is pronounced Jot and it stands for JSON Web Token which is pronounced Guy-soon Waab Talkeen.Got it.
