       I find these days that I am writing a lot of content a lot more defensively—trying to head off the most annoying Masto replyguys I can imagine. While that can sometimes sharpen my argument, it's probably not healthy that I'm expecting to have to contend with braying pedantic jackasses because, well, (waves arms around).

       @maria Not always! I'm usually grateful for the little voice taking the opposite position. In this case though, it's always the most annoying version of the argument.
