I've flushed this thing twice. Ordered a radiator which ended up the wrong size. Returned it and flushed again. No flow restriction on this one so I gave it another try. Leak test showed no head gasket leak when taking out plugs...Currently at a loss

@KillaahCam There is head gasket leak test that has nothing to do with plugs, it attaches to the radiator and will turn color if head gasket is leaking. Cheap. Positive fast answer. Try that?

@Lordimpala @NoBeret @MaleticResearch thanks. I'm in Texas.I have one actually, I used it after I flushed the system and it didn't lose pressure at all for an hour.

@KillaahCam I'm asking for a follow up for when you discover the problem, as I am at a loss.It doesn't look like chocolate milk, so oil getting in doesn't fit.The froth says more than air is in it, especially with confirmed pressure test.Your flush should have removed excess deposits.

@KillaahCam in doing some of my own internet-sleuthing, lots of had head gasket talk. Some with pics showed foamy coolant, but it was chocolate milk style.Others mentioned the start to a failing water pump.Another mentioned a leaky reservoir tank tube or bad radiator cap.

@billybon3s in flushing the coolant twice I have seen it turn sandy tan color and currently it's foamy. It's got a new cap on it and a new thermostat. The reservoir tank tube is leaky. New water pump about 250mi ago. Thats why I flushed it the first time.

@KillaahCam All I can think is that there must be air getting in somewhere. It's possible the coolant level is still a little low and needs to be burped.

@billybon3s So I was talking to a friend about this issue and he offered that the water pump bolts may go into the oil jacket and when I changed them the sealant was broken allowing oil into the coolant. Opinions?

@KillaahCam That fits with the people mentioning the failing water pump gaskets. Just enough air let in to aerate the coolant.
