       Hey everyone! I always sleep at 20:00 ever since I was a kid but then I started to wake up at 5, I didn't mind because more time, and then over the years it slowly shifted to 4, 3, and on some days 2:40. I didn't really care because more time is more time but I think my eye is starting to look like a panda eye amd I don't think 20:00-3:00 qualify as 8 hours sleep.So, how can I wake up a bit later around 4-5 again?#sleep #physicalhealth #sleepadvice #advice

       @AmyIsCoolz 8pm is very early! Seems like you might be pretty out of sync with life around you. You may not be consciously aware of it,    but I think that could make a difference. Have you tried going to sleep later?

       @john Yeah, some of my friends sleep at like 1 am-But I try to sleep at 20:00 pm because even if I sleep late I still wake up early which is gonna reduce my sleep time :P

       @AmyIsCoolz I mean, you have to try for a while. Probably weeks or even months.It’s boring but the other big driver of sleep disorder is lack of exercise, which I also struggle with.   I sleep way better when I’m exercising.

       @john I just walked up a mountain yesterday and I still wake up at 2:40 :(But I am trying to wake up a bit later though, and I haven't woke up at 2:00 for a long while now so maybe the trend is going backward again
