@lowqualityfacts when the bank offers a discount on your landlord's monthly note payment, and the municipality offers a discount on taxes and fees, and the insurance company offers a better rate, THEN, start asking your landlord for a discount. Until then, maybe realize that your landlord has upstream long term financial commitments that you are unable or unwilling to take on.
