       @Mummabear probably not helpful but my kiddo turned out find on Enfamil. not what we wanted but beats my kid eating nada.i'll leave the really neat options out there for others but just figured it worth giving you my first hand experience and the outcome.

       @Mummabear in my years of interpreting for lactation consultants there’s a lot of questions to ask before recommendations. depending on how far out she is from giving birth, she can pump after feeds. she won’t see the results for a couple of days. i’d recommend she get in touch with a lactation consultant. her baby might not have a good latch or may not be emptying the breast. she may not be getting enough fluids in her diet. there’s a lot of variables. best of luck and good positive support.
