       I took my house off the market.I had lot's of offers, but they all wanted me to lower my price because of the high interest rates.That seemed silly to me. Why would I take less so the bank could have more?

       @LoveAlmonds I've been consoling my neighbor. His Mother died (he was her caregiver). He thinks he didn't do enough for her. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer 15 years ago. He gave up his job and social life to care for her.So I spend hours just listening to his grief.I offer coffee, beer, wine, tea, or whatever food I have on the stove to comfort  him.At this point, time for others is all I have.

       @LoveAlmonds Well one day he spent 3 hrs sharpening my gardening tools, just because he didn't want to be alone.So we sat on my patio and talked. We went from coffee at 10:00 to beer at 1:00.His sharpening skills became a bit deprecated soon after. LOL.
