       Do not argue with someone online who says stuff like "I don't think I can vote for Biden because of ..." left wing thing. 1. They aren't saying it for you. 2. If they know enough to be informed about a particular left wing issue they know the bigger stuff too.3. If they really are so turned off they don't want to vote dem ... yelling won't budge them.Instead look up that cousin you have not called for years, call & ask if they are registered. Are they doing any drives in their area?

       There is a bigger danger in being mean to random lefty young people online about this issue. It kind of confirms everything they suspect about older less left-leaning liberals. We have this romantic notion of elections being won through debate and discourse... but that isn't where the action is. It's about voting rights laws, and rides to the polls on election day. There are more than enough people to defeat trump. But will they be able to vote? Will their votes count?

       @clive @futurebird I disagree. One of the biggest things that keep me voting democrat is the manipulation of terms. When i first started figuring out that identity politics was heavily manipulated.I understood not only democrats better but why it feels like they're always outnumbered, outgunned and are the under dogs.It's because i'm an extremely rare breed of person. Manipulated terms mean nothing to most americans. Even though they are directly influenced by them.

       @clive @futurebird but this isn’t functional democracy which requires intelligent conversations and actual engagement. The USA is clearly a failing oligarchy with the veneer of democracy. I am beginning to think it’s unethical to give credence to the system by voting. None of those clowns represent my family and I!
