Just when we get a bit of hope.Things are changing on a daily.Yesterday a tube was inserted through nose to stomach. Not pooping has become a huge issue. The reason for the tube is to give a lot of laxatives.Unfortunately last night he was moved back to ICU. Breathing issues. He now has a breathing tube and is sedated.Waiting to hear from my niece about visitation today.Please pray🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I won’t always update as things are changing quickly. I know you’re praying. CT scan showed bleeding in the tumor which they are treating with blood products that help clotting .He also has a fewer.That’s all I know for now.No need to reply. They are decompressing his GI tract with an NG tube to suction.Belly getting a little softer. On antibiotic Oxygen is good with breathing tube.The biggest issue is getting him adequately sedated. He keeps breaking through all the pain med continuous drips. They are starting him on a Dilaudid and Versed dripIt is pulling out a lot of bilious fluid. The bowel issue started before the chemo, yet added to the problem.I’m hoping he had a better night and things have improved today.36 hours no sleep for the parents. I am hoping Antonio rested comfortably and they slept.If things don’t improve on their own, they will do surgery and they will resect part of the tumor.It’s all a wait and see. Fever was 104. He’s on a strong antibiotic.IMhO visits should be cut off

@Stefanie completely. Her stepmom the retired NICU nurse visits. She has a calming effect on my niece. After the doctors tell the parents what’s going on she’s able to explain, in more layman terms to them. The hubby is becoming very impatient.Sue is the stepmom . She agrees no visits. I’m willing to go and meet my niece outside or Lobby if she needs a hug. She knows we are all praying and there for her.Parents need to rest when they can.I will get an update this afternoon. Sue

TreadHe has been recovering in the PICU. They had to remove part of the small intestine. His blood pressure tanked and is now stabilizing. He is comfortable on his pain med drips.

@Stefanie Yes, he is still on the vent.But excellent stats with that. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start lowering him and try to get him off in a day or two.Sometimes no memory is good.🙏🏻
