@DoubleTreble Is it every year that you struggle a bit with your mood this time of year? Well good luck and positive vibes your way ❤️❤️❤️Over here also some emotional challenges still going on. So it's hard at times, and at the same time over the years I have learned many "tools" to deal with this to make it manageable so to speak. And I am blessed to be surrounded with great family and friends. So I will get through this 😊

@DoubleTreble I know a lot of people have that 😔Do you then have like a mild depression all year and then heavier at this time of year? Or only this time of year? I am having a rather down dat 😔 Would not call it depression, can compare it two those 2 years in hell.. Think it's because I have not slept well for four nights in a row now, also feeling a bit under the weather, and in combination with that stuff going on..

@Krisss It's generally low level depression all year round, compared to the deep depression I went through a few years ago! But this time of year definitely makes it worse.Plus still having issues with Mum which really doesn't help 😞

@DoubleTreble Bit better as well! Still a flu head, but had a good nights sleep last night and that has helped! Also there are national elections here today and I have never in my life not voted, so I really hope my head clears up a bit more so that I will be able to go out the door and vote. The political situation seriously is heading towards a complete political mess...

@DoubleTreble Yes they will is what seems to be the consensus now. As for Geert, during his campaign he has said that he will put his extremist Islam idea's in the fridge and will focus on the other -very social- points in his political agenda. So he has become way more mild than he used to be. And it's also that there really were no good alternatives, that I think led to a lot of people think ok, we will give him a chance and he'd better not start his extremist tone again!

@DoubleTreble Most parties are like -given what Geert has promised about his extremist ideas- we have to respect the outcome of this election, and since his win was so massive over the other parties, there really is no reasonable way to deny this. And Geert is still being very constructive in this, and the other parties are also like we're open to find out if we can work together. Except for two parties, who are being very extreme on the left in their outings..

And then the government will fall and there will be new elections, and he will have lost the trust of many voters then, so he will never win those next elections..

@DoubleTreble It's also that there really were no good alternatives and people are just fed up, and don't feel the government has been listening to them, for over 10 years now. So it's in some sense also a vote to say that; we are done with the establishment! We want a government that listens to us and sees the actual problems that we have to deal with every day. Like healthcare becoming unaffordable for many people for instance

@kel @DoubleTreble Regarding your last alinea that's very true indeed! And I think his extremist ideas have kept many people in former elections from voting from him. But with those ideas in the fridge -we will have to see if they stay there- and people being fed up with the establishment, I think that made it justifyable for them to vote for him this time. From a let's see what he's got, we will give him this chance..
