       Sometimes I delete it all and say absolutely no-thing 🤣  I’m learning to just ignore so much, to not respond at all, or click, block, delete, unsubscribe, and maybe even disappear. I really don’t have time, energy, or patience for a lot of things anymore. My mama did tell me if I don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say no-thing at all. How many double negatives are in that sentence? Does each one cancel it out?
