@Zennblack SC didn't accept Derek Chauvin's appeal today. To me shows they were denied cops' body-cams which prosecution & judge & M5m suppressed @elston . However, as a lawyer? Prosecutors & judges supposedly held to higher standard of ethics than advocates as defense lawyers. THEY should be scrutinized for ignoring exculpatory evidence clearing Chauvin and the other 3. Unfortunately, based on my dozen years among top agencies in DC, i would believe this is a REALLY last minute stupid FBI attempt to circumvent, use, manipulate, and frame for extra stupid. @ScoWer22 @elston I think those guys new each other. I think some other shit was going on. Many courts and judges are woke. I did not expect the appeal to happen. I listen to Robert Barnes for legal stuff.
