       11.16.23First of all, why i the world are they saying they need a pay raise?Starbucks is FAST-FOOD, no different then McDonalds or BURGER KING! Different PRODUCT but it still is FAST FOOD !Having said that ... THEY ARE NOT TIPPED EMPLOYEES! So STOP TIPPING THEM! They make a lot of money per hour as it is, and for why pouring you a cup of coffee or getting you a cookie or danish! SOUNDS LIKE DUNKIN DONUTS to me! How much LESS do they make compared to STARBUCKS???TIPPED EMPLYEES MAKE 50 PERCENT OF MINIMUM WAGE !!! So like in OHIO minimum wage is 10.10 per hour, which means TIPPED EMPLOYEES MINIMUM WAGE IS 5.05 an hour! If you make LESS THEN 10.10 AN HOUR, then you can say your a tipped employee, but if you make more, DON'T EXPECT A TIP...
