       President von der Leyen met Egyptian President El-Sisi in Cairo to discuss the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. She was there to hand over EU aid to the Egyptian Red Crescent. All made possible by a great cooperation with the Egyptian authorities and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).Team Europe is the largest aid donor to the Palestinian people.
