       @LoriQuaid these condensing furnaces use ECM variable speed blowers for the house airflow and there’s a small one for the condensed combusted gas outflow.  My dad had to replace his- the part alone was $1,100 and in short supply. There goes all your efficiency money ‘saved’ in the blink of an eye.
