       @watch4thedrop Even I can change the battery but I’ve worked at a car dealership for 17 years. It’s a little scary the first time, but isn’t hard.

       @watch4thedrop Ok I plead the fifth on zapping from all appliances, but never from a car battery. Lol Don’t ask about a handheld mixer that was plugged in when I grabbed the beaters to remove them. Yes, I dented the fridge when it tossed me backwards. Two plugs, not grounded, three grounded.

       @Gbrian15 @cultofskaro i'll see how much they charge. If it's free or at least cheap, i'll probably just watch the guy do it so i can have an idea and then try it myself. although the next time i'll need to will probably be another 5 years. will i even remember? 🤔

       @watch4thedrop I have changed many a car battery. It's rather easy. The last time, I went to Autozone and they replaced it for me, for the purchase price, no extra fee. Easiest way.

       @watch4thedrop @cultofskaro There's databases that fit specific batteries to specific cars. If you go to any auto supply store, they have that, regardless of if it is in person, on the phone, or online.

       @watch4thedrop @Gbrian15 @cultofskaro Detaching a battery is like opening four pill bottles, and attaching a new one is like filling four pill bottles. You have to figure out the attachment mechanism and use a wrench. Clean the contacts and don't electrocute yourself. Use corrosion resistant sauce. Reclamp and tighten with just under the force to break the bolts.
