@tek my tech resistant spouse who grumped at the smart dimmer upgrades now relishes her powers as the High Empress of Artificial Daylight. Its a real shame our wifi thermostat won't connect to her Android … is what I tell her.

@Whiskerkenbrook My visiting in-laws often turned our thermostat way up as soon as I left for work. I had fun at a meeting: “hey everyone, watch this. Hey dingus, too hot!” “Ok, putting the thermostat back.” “WHAT?!”Ah, the power of Shortcuts.
