@PodunkPotato@nicecrew.digital this one wont protect you from stabs. thats much harder to make and requires riveting or welding the rings together. this one can give you some protection against cuts from swords but any strong thrusting motion will probably pierce through :pseudoblobcat:

@teratology@the.asbestos.cafe @a7@miss.mouse.services i make the rings from wire myself, these are made from really hard aluminium-magnesium but its still not quite as hard as steel. i cant really cut steel in the same way i cut these so i avoid it for now until i can get better tools 🥀 (expensive)
