       telling where a car is registered is so easy here, if the plate starts with W or V its KL, P is Penang, J is Johor, etc.meanwhile back home you need to memorize regional codes 77, 97, 99,177,197,199, 777, 797, 799, 977, 277, 297, 299 just to tell if a car is registered in moscow (not including moscow region)
