       @wjmaggos @nytimes that's what the networks pay Billions for exclusivity, so they can sell ad time, it's their biggest moneymaker, there isn't a large enough pool of people which would come close to matching the $$$ the league brings in from the networks, and the network dissemination increases the NFL brand, which has bee vital to it's growth.  they're never ever gonna do that.
