       I'm experimenting with putting vanilla extract in drinks but the alcohol really fucks it up even in small amounts

       @RustyCrab I wonder if cream is usually with those drinks, not just because we associate the two, but the fat/lactose is a binder for the vanilla flavor.

       @CankleMonitor I tried it in roobois tea and I couldn't really taste it. It was just "off" due to it being a 70 proof additive. I'm going to try it in coffee but I don't expect great results. I don't know what would happen if I tried to evaporate the alcohol first.
