Religious exemptions for flu vaxxes:A Christian friend is trying to figure out how to avoid his workplace’s flu vaxx mandate. He successfully avoided the coof jab, since it used fetal cells, with a religious exemption. He’s now looking for a solid religious rationale to reject the flu shots, which don’t contain fetal cells.Any ideas?

Then HE comes back with, okay I'll get the next flight out of this shizzhole. to which THEY come back with WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT Senor! PLEASE don't leave! @MountainJayYour body is a temple. Christ explains this in gospels. I'm not sure the exact book, chapter or verse.This is a tenet of Christianity, full faith that God protects us from evil in all ways. We do not need to rely on man made efforts for safety!

@MountainJay All he has to say is that he holds a sincere religious belief preventing him from vaccination. He shouldn't need to elaborate further than that. If he does then his workplace is violating his civil liberties.

@MountainJay The exemption i wrote for my wife for hospital work was mutli denominational. I used scripture from several different religions, some so far out nobody could question them. She's been cleared of all vaccines even during the reign of Jay Inslee in the height of covid. We use the same one every year the vaccine push rolls out. For a Christian/Catholic Corinthians 6:19-20 would be a good start

@MountainJay Can you get the jab outside of work, and actually not get it? I once got it at a Pharmacy, and my doctor's office had no idea..so I just told them. I haven't gotten one since..I just tell them I did.

@Mountain Strongly worded letters. Doesn't even have to be in his name, just something that makes those in charge believe it will be expensive to not make it optional. Maybe Look for an org that is shopping for a lawsuit send an inquiry letter

I said something like this: "The vaccine conflicts with my sincerely held moral and ethical beliefs as to what is right and wrong as applied to my ultimate ideas about life, purpose, and death (hereinafter "my beliefs"). The nature of my objection is religious, as provided for under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964." BTW, the Civil Rights Act provides religious protection to atheists too!

A person doesn't have to be part of "big faith" or adhere to a predetermined set of dogma. They may have their own, individual, unique, religious views, that forbid them from participating. Whether one chooses to state that is a choice, not required, and a simple "no" should suffice It seems like that logic is the premise, and id argue it is a valid take.

@SapientPearwood unfortunately too many people still haven't figured out that they'll need to be willing to take a hit to to be able to fight and win. The court cases were won by people that were willing to fight. those people suffered losses in the form of getting fired. Honestly, I want my company to fire me for something like this, so I can take their dumb-asses to court. I can not take them to court if they don't give me reason to. @MountainJay
